About our Founder

Our founder and Chief Executive Officer bring an impressive background with over 27 years of expertise in education and leadership, spanning the United States, United Kingdom, and South Africa. Before his departure from South Africa in 2002, he made significant contributions as a lecturer in Electrical Engineering and a teacher of Mathematics. This foundational experience in diverse educational roles laid the groundwork for his extensive knowledge and skill set in the academic realm.

Throughout his international career, our CEO has developed a strong strategic acumen, providing innovative solutions and advisory services to various educational organisations. His strategic expertise has been instrumental in helping these organisations navigate the complex and ever-changing landscape of education. This ability to adapt and foresee educational trends is a testament to his leadership and deep understanding of global educational dynamics.

After relocating from South Africa, he has held several prestigious positions which include Head of School at an Independent Prep School in the USA, Head of Academic Progress at a UK institution, and Assistant Head Teacher for Support for Learning in the UK. Additionally, he served as a Director of Tutorial specialising in Behaviour Interventions, Pastoral Care Manager, and Key Stage 3 Head of Mathematics, all based in London. These roles further enhanced his leadership profile and deepened his impact on educational standards and student success.

Currently, he is advancing his education by pursuing an MBA at the University of Wrexham. His previous academic achievements include a Post Graduate Certificate in Special Education from Chester University, a Professional Certificate in Management with Honours from Open University UK, and participation in the Foundation Leadership Programme at the Institute of Education, London University. These qualifications, combined with his ongoing MBA studies, underscore his commitment to continual personal and professional development, ensuring he remains at the forefront of educational leadership.
